1. About Our Wall Art
What types of wall art do you offer?
We specialize in high-quality wall art prints, canvas wall art, framed wall art, metal wall art, and 3D wall decor. Our collections include abstract minimalism, Japandi, Wabi-Sabi, black and white elegance, gold and metallic abstracts, and more.
Are your prints available in different sizes?
Yes! Our wall art designs come in multiple sizes to fit various spaces, whether you need large wall art for the living room or smaller framed prints for an office or bedroom. Each product page includes available sizes.
Can I customize my wall art?
At the moment, we do not offer custom prints. However, we continuously expand our collection to bring unique and modern wall art options for every aesthetic.
Do you sell digital downloads?
No, all our products are high-quality physical prints shipped directly to your door.
2. Ordering & Payments
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favorite wall art to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and select buy now, pay later options.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so if you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, and select international locations. Shipping options will be available at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
- U.S. orders: 5-10 business days
- International orders: 10-20 business days
Processing times vary based on product demand and location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We also offer free shipping on select orders!
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email to monitor its delivery status.
4. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for damaged or defective items. Please note that all prints are made-to-order, so we do not accept returns for change of mind.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our wall art decor, but if your order arrives damaged, please email us at artistikwallart@gmail.com with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
5. Product Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my wall art?
Use a dry, soft cloth to gently remove dust. Avoid using water or cleaning solutions on canvas prints and framed wall art.
Can I hang my wall art in humid areas like bathrooms?
Yes! However, for canvas wall art and framed prints, we recommend placing them in well-ventilated spaces to prevent moisture damage.
